You will need to provide the following information:

  • Username: Create a unique identifier (6–12 characters).
  • Password: Create a strong password (mix of letters and numbers).
  • Mobile Number: Enter your active Philippine mobile number (+63).
    > Important: We strongly recommend using the same mobile number linked to your GCash or Maya account to ensure smooth payouts later.

Step 3: SMS Verification (OTP)

  • Tap “Send Code.”
  • You will receive a 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS.
  • Enter the code in the verification field.

Step 4: Finalize

  • Read and accept the Terms of Service.
  • Tap “Register” to complete the process. You will be automatically logged in.

Why is this needed?

Verification prevents identity theft, fraud, and underage usage. It also ensures that funds are only released to the rightful account owner.

  • Level 1 (Basic): SMS Verification (Completed during registration).
  • Level 2 (Standard): Identity Verification. You may be asked to update your profile with your Full Name and Date of Birth.
    • Note: Your registered name MUST match the name on your payment accounts (GCash/Maya). Mismatches will cause payment delays.
