How to Request a Payout (Cash-Out)

We have simplified the process to just a few taps.

Step 1: Verify Your Balance
Ensure your “Main Wallet” balance reflects the amount you wish to transfer. If funds are in a specific game wallet, transfer them to Main Wallet first.

Step 2: Select Method
Go to “Member Center” > “Payout”. Choose GCash or Maya.

Crucial Rule: The name on your GCash/Maya account MUST MATCH the registered name on your Quantum BBC profile. Mismatched names will result in a declined transaction for security reasons.

Step 2: Select your preferred channel (e.g., GCash).
Step 3: Select an amount or enter a custom value.
Step 4: You will be redirected to the secure payment gateway. Log in to your e-wallet and approve the transaction.
Step 5: Funds are typically credited instantly.

🛡️ Verification & Security (KYC)

To comply with the PAGCOR framework and anti-money laundering laws, we require basic account verification before your first large payout.
