User Agreement and Operational Guidelines

Welcome to Quantum BBC Gaming (hereinafter referred to as “QBBC,” “the Platform,” “we,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the quantumbbcgaming.ph website and the QBBC mobile application (collectively, the “Service”).

By registering an account or accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

1.1 Age Requirement

The Service is strictly available only to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage.

1.2 Jurisdiction

The Service is intended for use by individuals residing in jurisdictions where such entertainment platforms are legally permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service complies with the applicable laws in your region.

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process (including your real name matching your payment accounts).

2.2 One Account Policy

Users are permitted to hold only one (1) account per person, household, or IP address. Duplicate accounts may be suspended or terminated, and any associated funds may be frozen.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account details. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. QBBC is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to comply with this section.

3. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen financial information or engaging in chargeback fraud.
• Cheating and Collusion: Using bots, AI software, or colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Money Laundering: Using the Service to disguise the origin of illicit funds. We strictly adhere to the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines.
• Harassment: Abusing support staff or other players in community chat features.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

4. Financial Transactions (Cash-In & Payouts)

4.1 Payment Methods

We support transactions via GCash, Maya, and other authorized payment providers. You must only use payment accounts registered in your own name.

4.2 Verification (KYC)

To comply with the PAGCOR framework, we may require you to verify your identity before processing payouts. This may include submitting a government-issued ID.

4.3 Payouts

While we strive for a median processing time of ~5–15 minutes, delays may occur due to network maintenance or security checks. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including but not limited to the Quantum BBC Gaming logo, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software code, is the property of Quantum BBC Entertainment Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantum BBC Gaming disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to connection errors, device malfunctions, or data loss.

7. Responsible Use

We are committed to promoting responsible platform use. We provide tools for self-exclusion and limit setting. If you feel your engagement is becoming problematic, you agree to stop using the Service and seek assistance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Quezon City.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
